The application window for our 2023 Graduate Programme will open during December 2022. We look forward to receiving your application.
About the graduate programme
Our Graduate Programme is a two-year international programme that will provide you with the opportunity to work in two different areas and locations of our organisation. Through two rotations of 12 months each, starting in September, you will gain a thorough understanding of our purpose, values, and culture.
By joining our programme, you will be part of an ambitious company with a large focus on your personal and professional development, as you will receive tasks with a progressive increase in complexity and responsibilities.
In the programme, we work with five pre-defined tracks that are designed to support our strategic needs. You will rotate within the track, meaning that both of your rotations will be within the track you apply for.
Your chance to power your career
As a graduate, you will hold a full-time position with a solid focus on professional and personal development. Besides the tools, support, and knowledge to embark on an exciting global career, we offer attractive compensation and development packages.
To ensure progress in your leadership behaviour and skills, your will benefit from:
- A comprehensive induction programme

We have certain requirements for candidates to qualify for our graduate programme. First of all, you need to hold a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree with limited full-time work experience. However, we are open to various university and educational backgrounds.
Additionally, you must be able to speak a minimum of two languages, one of those being English, or have English as your first language. We also require you to have experience with living abroad while studying or working, providing you with a global mindset and professional as well as emotional capacity.
