With our AOM 4000 contract, we offer a time-based availability guarantee for your wind turbines, providing compensation for any downtime below the guaranteed threshold. Your turbines are assured to consistently perform at a specified percentage of their time-based potential, ensuring a reliable uptime year-round. The AOM 4000 is a comprehensive contract and places the burden of keeping your turbines operational onto us meaning that you won't face unexpected or unbudgeted maintenance costs for the covered items.
AOM 4000 offers full lifecycle coverage and can be initiated from the initial turbine commissioning throughout its entire lifetime. Features include:

The energy-based guarantee encourages us to maximize the technical uptime of your wind farm, ensuring that your turbines consistently perform at a set percentage of their energy-based potential, with compensation for performance below this threshold. This compressive contract includes service and parts, meaning no unexpected or unbudgeted maintenance costs for covered items.

Blades represent the most valuable assets of your turbines. While the AOM 4000 and 5000 provide coverage for unforeseen damages related to failures within the unscheduled service, other environmental factors pose risks to your blades and require attention. Depending on site conditions, rain and dust erosion can cause wear and tear, negatively impacting overall performance. If left unaddressed, this wear can progress to a severe state, resulting in costly repair bills. Additionally, environmental risks such as lightning strikes may also require blade repairs that are not covered by insurance.
To address these concerns, we offer Extended Blade Coverage, which combines our decades of blade service expertise into a comprehensive package. With this coverage, we monitor and inspect your blades, provide protection against wear and tear, including leading edge erosion, and repair damages caused by lightning strikes within the IEC limit*. All of this is backed by our AOM availability guarantee.
