Temperatures are rising, and so is the demand for renewable energy and talented colleagues. The challenge ahead of us may be daunting, but as we strive to be the global leader in sustainable energy solutions, Vestas stands at the forefront of breaking with the world’s dependency on fossil fuels. It’s crucial that we position ourselves with people ready to take on this challenge.

In recent years, the renewable energy industry and Vestas have experienced rapid growth – a tendency that is predicted to increase even further in the future. Throughout its history, Vestas has gone from being a small manufacturing company in western Denmark, flourishing into a multinational company with offices and wind turbines all over the world, and a network of over 29,000 colleagues with 111+ different nationalities.

The globalization of Vestas poses extensive demands of our products and services, and most of all, our people. As Vestas’ turbines withstand the challenges of all kinds of climate conditions, whilst continuously harnessing energy, so too must our employees innovate and improve to set the path for a green recovery and the electrification of our economy as global energy demand increases.
