Conference call guidelines

• Do not use IP telephones and mobile/cell phones 
• Use a standard wired telephone - preferably with a good headset/microphone 
• Turn-off the phone's loudspeaker if you have questions 
• Speak close to the microphone 
• Stay away from surrounding noise (traffic, building projects, more persons in the same room, etc.) 
• Dial-in to the conference call 5-10 minutes prior to start time.
