The need for a more thorough knowledge and insight into our products is occasionally identified by the customer. Vestas therefore offers a technical due diligence to the customers of large wind projects in the last phase of the sales process. A technical due diligence assessment is an investigation that includes technical documentation and processes for the lifetime of the wind power plant. It’s a sound and detailed review, where we discuss all the factors that may influence a project over the course of its operational life. Armed with that knowledge, the customer can make an informed purchase with minimal technical risk.

Third party consultants can also be involved in the due diligence process.
