Introducing the Warrington office

The office is located in the lovely, well-manicured Bridgewater Place business park, just outside the centre of Warrington. Just off the motorway, and accessible by the local railway, Manchester and Liverpool are just 30 minutes away. Currently, there are 95 employees working at Vestas Celtic. Park management often runs events such as barbecues, roasts, and activity days for the entire park.

A little history

The Warrington office was established in 2004, the original office was located just around the corner. Vestas Offshore was originally part of the Celtic office, but in 2006 it branched off and moved to its own location in the same business park.

Departments

The department at this location are the Sales, Service, Operations, People & Culture, Finance and Legal for the UK and Ireland

What’s it like to work here

You’ll find a dynamic, fast-paced, friendly and diverse team working at Vestas Celtic.  The modern offices and the picturesque business park surroundings make this a pleasant place to come to five days a week. We are also located very near to local and international transport links. Manchester and Liverpool airports are both 30 minutes away by car.

Local benefits

There is a very keen interest in sport in the Warrington office, and employees take part in activities including football, running and badminton. The Celtic office is also a proud sponsor of the Warrington Wolves Rugby League, so sometimes tickets to the rugby matches are available for employees. We also like to organise departmental team building social events, including visits to the local indoor ski slope. Free fruit and soft drinks are available to staff throughout the day

Sights and surroundings

The Warrington location is near the vibrant cosmopolitan cities of Manchester and Liverpool, which offer a wide range of shopping, leisure and social activities. Premier League football is a major pastime for everyone. Warrington is just over an hour’s drive from Wales and the Lake District where one can enjoy walking and water activities such as canoeing and sailing.
