A safe, sustainable culture
Safety is and always will be our number one priority. We have a zero tolerance approach towards any activities jeopardising the health of our employees and contractors. All staff undergo Safety Awareness Training and managers carry out regular Safety Walks on-site to identify any risks and discuss issues with staff.
We’re proud that our industrial injury rate has fallen sharply since 2006. However, we will not rest until accidents are eliminated entirely.

Sustainability shapes everything we strive for. We are constantly researching ways of driving down the cost of energy for our customers, as well as reducing our own carbon footprint. That means we are increasing the recyclability of our products and relying more on renewable energy for our own operations.
As an employee, you’ll be encouraged to contribute to our sustainability targets and help maintain our profile as an ethical business. We’re also co-founders of the UN-backed WindMade initiative, a campaign aimed at educating consumers about environmentally-sound products and services.
