Helping to develop your leadership qualities
For many people, taking on a leadership role is a demanding responsibility. We are dedicated to supporting our future leaders before and during this process, helping them to fulfil their potential and embrace the challenges of their new roles. Every year hundreds of colleagues participate in one of our Leadership Transition Programmes, helping prepare them for more senior positions in the company.
We run courses for leaders on different levels within each Vestas career track – People & Business Leadership, Knowledge & Innovation Leadership and Project Leadership. If you take part in one of these programmes, you will equip yourself with new practical and interpersonal skills necessary for becoming a successful leader. Furthermore, you will learn how to bring value to the organisation and how to inspire your colleagues to perform at their peak.
