We approach your development through a combination of Education (classroom or shop-floor modules), Experience (learning from colleagues in live work environments) and Exposure (to new technologies, processes and ways of thinking).
Our Education scheme allows you to pick high-level education courses to develop you in your role – anything from technical boosters to leadership transition programmes. Your Experience can include role rotations, deputising for more senior staff, or visiting customers and other stakeholders to understand the whole ‘value chain’ concept. And by increasing your Exposure to your peers through mentoring, coaching sessions, work shadowing and networking events, you will learn new skills from the very best people in the organisation – indeed, within the whole wind industry.
