Global University Programme
Through our Global University Programme (GUP), we cooperate with renowned researchers at universities around the world, supporting scholarships for PhDs, Masters theses and professorships.
We actively seek technical researchers in subject areas from aerodynamics to composites, drive trains and advanced loads modelling – plus much more.

Power Programme
To encourage future technical advances in the wind power industry, we have a special research arrangement – the Vestas Power Programme – in partnership with the University of Aalborg in Denmark.
We are sponsoring three research programmes and several PhD projects in wind energy, power electronics and energy storage. All those taking part benefit from a wealth of hands-on support from our technical experts, opening the door for further research opportunities or even a job within the industry.
