To apply for the Vestas Graduate Programme you must have:
- A relevant Master’s degree (or soon to graduate at Master’s level)
- An academic record that proves you are a top talent
- Excellent command of both oral and written English
- A valid permanent work permit or a resident status in one of the modules listed in the Track that you apply for
- One year of relevant experience from either internships or regular full-time employment
- Your high drive is evident from your accomplishments and you demonstrate a persistent and proactive approach to challenges ahead
- Independently, you identify need for improvements and relevant stakeholders to make change happen
- Your style of communication is clear and concise while considering appropriate adaption to cultural differences
- You show high awareness of own strengths and shortcomings, seek feedback and from reflection you initiate improvement activities
- You appreciate working within a fast-paced and changeable environment and you integrate well into a team setting
- Preferably, you have international experience from work, internship or stays abroad, and you are looking to have an international career
- You are proficient in spoken and written English.
