Recruitment process


The global recruitment process for the Vestas Graduate Programme consists of: application screening, phone interviews and a one-day Assessment Centre.

The Assessment Centre consists of the following activities:

  • introduction to Vestas and the Graduate Programme
  • individual interviews
  • individual presentation
  • group case work
  • “Being a Vestas Graduate” presentation by a current Graduate with Q&A session

We aim to make the Assessment Centre challenging, but also informative for you to get to know us and the Programme. The final selection will be made shortly after the assessment day.
