The Vestas Graduate Programme is divided into functional Graduate Tracks, each consisting of three eight-month assignments in different business units and locations. The tracks are designed to develop a specific profile matching the long-term needs of competencies in Vestas and to give each Graduate a clear line of sight for career development. Also, the assignments are designed to provide our Graduates with a steep learning curve and a progressive increase in challenges and responsibility.
