Graduate Programme – unique experience and opportunities
Every year we invite up to 70 of the most promising Graduates from around the world to take part in our acclaimed Graduate Programme. The two-year programme includes work experience in different business units in America, China, India or Europe. You’ll emerge with insights into a booming industry and a network of other top talents.
Rotating between different work-streams, you’ll accelerate your development towards taking on key roles within the organisation in one of our three major career tracks: people leadership, knowledge and innovation leadership, and project leadership.
Along with your teammates, you will attend global Graduate training camps where personal development and networking is the core focus. Performance Development Dialogues enable you to work towards specified goals. And once the programme has finished, your unique experience and multi-level insights will make you a highly attractive candidate for a career with the company.
