Nada Maria El-Tal, Vestas Graduate:

Nada is part of Vestas’ Graduate Programme. The two-year programme includes working for eight months in three different business units in, for example, the U.S.A, China, India, Singapore, Australia, Spain, Italy, Poland, Germany, England and Denmark. In each of the three modules, Nada will participate in challenging projects with colleagues from all over the world. She will also be part of a global network of skilled and talented people.
Responsible for coherent communication
”As part of the service organisation, it is my job to work with the unit’s KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), communication between the different units and the challenge of aligning the two. My background for participating in the programme is that I’ve studied business and computer science at the University of Aarhus Business School in Denmark.”
