A two-year international programme
The Vestas Graduate Programme is a great entry to an exciting, global career at Vestas. During the two-year programme you get the opportunity to work eight months at different Vestas locations such as the US, China, India, Singapore, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Germany, The Netherlands, UK and Denmark.
Graduate tracks & modules
The programme is divided into tracks with a certain functional focus. These are designed to meet the future needs of Vestas and to give Graduates a clear career objective. Each Graduate track contains three modules where you will be challenged to solve high priority projects with peers and experienced colleagues from around the world.
The Graduate camps
At four training camps during the two years and in your everyday work, you get to make a difference by using and developing your professional and personal skills. At the camps, the focus will be on high level issues in Vestas and reflection on your job, career and development. In between the training camps, you will have continuous check-in phone meetings with Talent Development representatives and other Graduates, to secure ongoing development and reflection on the challenges you face along the way. Your continuous growth will be ensured through a range of predefined must-have learning objectives and relevant projects.
Managers and mentors
You will work with various managers related to your projects and will be assigned an experienced colleague as a mentor to guide you in your career decisions and to help you build a strong network and obtain a solid industry insight.
Your network
Working with people from many different cultures and business units builds up your global mindset. During the three different modules of the programme, you will get a unique insight into the complexity of the business and thereby establish an international network across the organization.
After the programme
