A two-year international programme
The Graduate Programme is a great entry to an exciting, global career at Vestas. You get the opportunity to work eight months at three different Vestas locations such as the US, China, India, Singapore, Australia, Spain, Poland, Germany, UK and Denmark.
Design your own career
You will be working in one of Vestas’ three career tracks; Specialist, Project Management and Management. Your assignments and personal challenges will be tailored to fit your individual profile and experiences throughout programme.
The training camps
In each module you will be challenged to solve mission critical projects with peers and experienced colleagues around the world and become part of a global network of top talents. During the 4 training camps and in your every day work, you get to make a difference by using and developing your professional, theoretical and personal skills.
Managers and mentors
You will work with various managers related to your projects and will be assigned an experienced colleague as a mentor to guide you in your career decisions. Hereby, we ensure that your career is on the right track.
Your network
Working with people from many different cultures and business units builds up your global mindset. During the three different modules of the programme, you will get a unique insight into the complexity of the business and thereby establish an international network across the organization.
