Am I guaranteed a job when I finish the programme?
When you begin the Graduate Programme, you are hired as a full-time employee. When you have completed the two-year programme, we expect your skills to qualify you for another full-time job and career at Vestas. There is no unconditional guarantee, but because of our investment in the Graduate Programme, we naturally want to make use of your unique skills when you finish the programme.
