It has been a great pleasure to have Vestas Graduates in our department. The Graduates are clever, full of initiative and interested in an international career. So with minimal orientation, they are ready for really important assignments.
The rotations give the Graduates unique insight to Vestas and therefore they are highly marketable and valuable for the business after the Graduate Programme. Actually, I just hired a Graduate for a permanent position in my department.
