Hi! My name is Frank. I am Director at Verification in the Business Unit Technology R&D. I am mentor for a Vestas Graduate and manager for the Graduates that are assigned to my department.
My Graduates:
We need employees who can think strategically, practically and globally. One of the strengths of the Graduate Programme is that the young talents during a two-year period get to cooperate with various leaders and colleagues around the world. Our Graduates get unique insight to the different cultures, and they are quick to adapt and to handle the practical, everyday challenges you find across the business units.
During the rotations and the Training Camps there is a strong focus on developing the Graduates’ strategic thinking while continuously making sure they will be assigned new, challenging projects. The various elements of the Graduate Programme add to, and accelerate, the Graduates’ personal and professional development. The Graduates are highly motivated and open to learn – and it’s a pleasure to work with and mentor them.
