My role:
Hi! My name is Armin and I am a Business Solutions Graduate on Team 2008. I joined Vestas a couple of months before the Graduate Programme start-up. I will work with international assignments on three different Vestas locations. My first module is at Vestas’ Sales Business Unit in Malmö, Sweden.
My career path:
It’s important for me to be in an environment where I’m continuously challenged. Before I joined Vestas, I had the impression that it was just that kind of environment – and I’m thrilled to say that my impression was right. In each of the Graduate Programme rotations, I can spend eight months in a new culture. This immersion will contribute to the cross-border, cross-cultural thinking that is key to success in a global business.
My network:
Vestas is the market leader in wind energy – and it’s inspiring to be surrounded by colleagues that are so dedicated and driven. I get to use my theoretical background and to learn from my talented and experienced colleagues. Everywhere at Vestas, I have been met by an impressive can-do attitude.
My Vestas:
There has been many controversies regarding climate change during the last years – and only one thing is certain; the price of not acting is too high! I chose Vestas because it gave me the exciting opportunity to pursue an international career in a global company and to do my part in shaping the future.
My life:
I truly love travelling. My personal interest in different cultures comes from my Persian roots. So at Vestas, I feed my passion while building up a unique network of talented colleagues around the world. My travel and career growth definitely go hand in hand.
