The Vestas Graduate Programme is divided into functional Graduate tracks. Each track consists of three modules in different business units and locations. The tracks are designed to develop a specific profile matching the long-term needs of competences in Vestas and to give each Graduate a clear line of sight for career development. Also, the modules are designed to provide our Graduates with a steep learning curve and a progressively increase in challenges and responsibility.
