Our Graduate Programme is a great entry to a challenging job at Vestas with global career prospects. The paid, two-year programme is for graduates who have completed a master’s degree in engineering or business.
Graduate Programme overview
- A two-year Graduate programme with a competitive salary
- The two years are divided into eight-month modules which are spent working in three different business units in e.g. the US, China, India, Singapore, Australia, Spain, Italy, the UK and Denmark
- For each of the three modules, you will take part in challenging projects working with colleagues from around the world
- You will become part of a global network of skilled, talented people
- You will attend several global training camps, where you will develop your personal competences and strengthen your future career profile
- You will be assigned a mentor
