Contribute to building a process culture at Vestas People & Culture

Business processes based on facts are essential for being able to continuously work in a specific direction and to create measureable results. Vestas People & Culture would like to fully achieve this. But what do we need to do so the processes have a global effect? In general, how do we foster and adopt this new culture? What is the key to success? What barriers play a role?
