My role
I work in the Finishing Department in Vestas Blades where I always try to organize my job and coordinate people in the best possible way, always focusing most on safety on the job. Our weekly challenge is to reach the production goals required locally by our Foreman and our Production Manager.
My career path
My adventure in Vestas started in 1998 with an in-service training contract converted into an open-end labour contract after 24 months during which I had the opportunity to follow many trainings with Danish technicians.
Since the beginning of my employment in Vestas, I’ve had the chance to get to know the different types of blades production; V27-V42-V44-V47-V52 and now also the V90, our big challenge of the moment.
My network
I consider Vestas to be a highly innovative company and the network works in such a way to allow the personnel of the various sites around the world to be in touch and professionally cooperate and thus work together towards solving our mutual challenges.
My Vestas
Vestas is one of the most interesting companies in the south of Italy. Thanks to Vestas I’ve had the opportunity to visit some other production facilities of the “Vestas world” such as the factories in Lem and Daimiel. I’ve also been fortunate enough to visit various installation sites for repairs and thereby getting very important know-how.
My life
I’m 36 years old and single. I devote most of my day to my job which gratifies me a lot. In my leisure time I like going dancing, travelling and I’m fond of automobiles. My hope for the future is to keep growing in Vestas.
