As part of our increased focus on transparency, we have established a whistleblower system. The system allows employees who believe they have become aware of criticisable issues or actions that could damage Vestas financially, reputationally or in some other way to anonymously pass on this information to an external body that will then investigate it in more detail.

Employees are normally the first to discover irregularities or inappropriate conduct in the workplace. However, they may hesitate to declare their suspicion – and this is perfectly normal. After all, who wants to be branded as disloyal?
Reports and questions that are received via the whistleblower system are treated confidentially.
