The Board of Directors has adopted guidelines for the company's relationship with its stakeholders. In "Guidelines for Vestas’ relationship with stakeholders" the Board of Directors has set down the fundamental business principles, which describe, based on the company's fundamental values, the company's relationship with the local communities in which Vestas operates as well as policies on environmental and labour-related matters, etc.
Vestas aims to develop and maintain good relations with its stakeholders; as such relations are considered to be important and positive for the company’s development.
Reporting to the Board of Directors
Each month the Board of Directors receives a report from the Investor Relations department, which includes a description of which meetings, activities, exhibitions etc. the department has participated in and intends to participate in.
Moreover, the Board of Directors receives yearly reports regarding customer loyalty surveys and employee surveys.
