In 2006, given the company’s size and complexity, the Board of Directors decided to appoint three permanent board committees:
The following general requirements apply for all committees:
- The committees consist of three members
- The members are elected for terms of one year by and among the Board members
- The chairman of the committee is appointed by the Board for terms of one year
- Elections usually take place at the Board meeting held immediately after the General Meeting
- The committees hold at least four meetings every year
- Other members of management may participate in a committee meeting at the request of the committee
