Article 9 - Executive Management

(1) The Board of Directors shall appoint an Executive Management, composed of one to six members of the Executive Management, to be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Company. The Board of Directors shall specify the terms and conditions of their employment and the specific requirements to their qualifications. One member of the Executive Management shall be appointed Managing Director.
