Wind, Oil and Gas. That is our vision. At Vestas, we want to make wind energy the preferred supplement to oil and gas.
The increased focus in recent years on aspects such as customer loyalty shows that our credibility can still be improved. We are working hard on doing just that. Because at the end of the day that is the prerequisite for realising our vision. In other words, we must also correct our attitude and behaviour and make the necessary changes even if it means big changes on all fronts. We must continue to streamline across the board – in production and communication as well as in research and development. We must continue to do business and strengthen relations with our customers for everyone’s benefit.
A good response makes us better
In a process of change where we continue to work intensively on doing even better, we expect feedback to be much better the next time we ask our customers.
